In a very convenient location, just off of Route 434 and Route 17 (exit 66) in Apalachin , New York, our home has been providing loving care for many years. This home, built in 1830 has all the lovely charm and warmth expected of a colonial home.

The beautiful water gardens
When our families enter the front door, the mahogany winding stair case welcomes them to the heart of the home. The mixture of colonial and Victorian deco is clear as you wander through the dining room with the antique china cabinet and large oak table, and on into the kitchen where a Ben Franklin stove holds a warm and welcoming fire. Continue on to one of the decks and find another world. A pond with fountains, waterfalls and a friendly family of koi exist within this secure, safe, fenced garden. Wander the garden paths and then back inside to the community room and enjoy the fireplace while listening to the sweet tones from the piano or stereo.

Our warm and welcoming dining room
Off the community room are the Magnolia and the Sunshine bedrooms. Both rooms are semi-private, have warm, sunny yellow walls, and say “welcome.” The Paris private bedroom is located just off the main hall and has Paris streets and the Eiffel tower! Lovely print wallpaper and prints from France cover the walls. A ˝ bath is located adjacent to this room. ( Three other bathrooms are located in the home.)

Upstairs the Blue Clouds room awaits you with its pastel blue walls, antique brass bed and lovely airy feel. In the evening, lights twinkle around the decks and all enjoy sitting here to dine. The smell of all the lovely flowers float through the air and here in the gardens, peace and tranquility fill the heart. Here our residents feel safe and peaceful.
