Located at 17 Jamie Avenue, the Paquette Homestead is the fifth home in the Homestead’s list of family type homes. Thanks to the Paquette family, we are proud to present this lovely split-level home as a choice for our residents. This home was built to suit the Ralph and Irene Paquette family so they could reside in Apalachin.

The cozy, quiet bedroom
This beautiful home offers a huge back yard that is completely fenced, a beautiful, landscaped front yard plus the home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. A handicap ramp leads to a large deck that graces the back of the home and overlooks the lovely back yard. Cook-outs, picnics, and just quiet time are enjoyed on the deck. Over the spring and summer, new gardens will grace the yard.

Our warm and welcoming living room

Two semi- private bedrooms and one private bedroom, all on the upper split level, are available for our residents. One semi-private bedroom, the spacious “Americana” room is located at the back of the home and has large windows with views of the back yard. This room is done in red, white and blue and feels very open and patriotic. The lavender “Orchid” semi-private room is in the front of the home and reminds you of a country garden. One private bedroom is directly across the hall from a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The beautifully decorated guest bedroom
Our residents can sit together in the formal dining area for meals and activities, or just look out the sliding glass doors to the back yard. Choose to relax in the spacious living room and enjoy TV or one might look out at the pretty view of the front yard from the large bay window. Here, in this home, it is apparent that children and a family reside here. Come be a part of this family, another Homestead family.
