Located just off of Nanticoke Ave on Franklin Street in Endicott, New York, this home is
warm and inviting. The front porch certainly looks out on the world, and the back porch
provides a quiet place to sit and enjoy the gardens or to barbeque.
The Country Kitchen
is open and inviting with warm oak cabinets and center island. The TV room just off of
the kitchen, is bright and warm with the original chestnut wood trim and French doors
leading to the sitting room just behind it. Cozy and toasty with a fireplace, the sitting
room provides a separate room for reading and for visitors.

Adjacent to the sitting room
is the very private Sunflower bedroom where the flowers dance across the room and the bright
yellow walls smile. A ½ bath is included with this room. Off the kitchen is the semi-private
Garden room and here you feel as if you are indeed in a garden with it’s attractive pastel
green walls, vines trailing around the windows and trellis headboards.
Upstairs is the private
Calypso Room and with it’s breezy pastel mauve walls, sea shells, and mosquito net bed covering,
takes you to the South Seas. Down the hall is the semi-private pastel blue Nautical room where
you can sail the seas, and set off to a new adventure. Here, in this home, our families find
adventure and love.
